I believe that classroom management, structure, activities and organization are important factors that every teacher should be using in their rooms. Below are four websites that I have listed in order for teachers to have a positive learning environment.


1. This first website involves class management and involves things such as:
* Classroom rules and expectations

* Seating Arrangement

2. This second website involves Classroom Structure and things such as:
* Start on day one- for a lot of preschool children they have never been in school before and they have to adapt to being in a new environment. It is crucial that the teachers set their expectations from day one so they will know what they can do and what they cannot do. Teachers need to also hold students accountable for their actions by rewarding good behavior and punishing for bad behavior.

3. This third website involves Classroom Organization
*Desk placement- Teachers should arrange students so that they are facing them at all times. It is very important that the teacher is able to make constant eye contact with their students.
*Centers- Should have all of the materials that students will need in order to assist them on their learning journey.
* Items and manipulative's- these things should be labeled so the students will be able to locate what they need without constantly asking the teacher.
